The venue's position was remote. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to taxis and a beautiful garden. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing good service. The swimming pool is a great facility to relax and enjoy.

The spacious rooms were a highlight, offering enough room for a comfortable stay. The convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions and have access to transportation. the friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a few disappointments during my visit. The hot water heater in the room was not functioning properly and despite requesting a discount or a room change, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily.

It's obviously owned and/or run by a European, the food was truly excellent ! As an Englishman living in Asia for 5 years, I was pleasantly surprised, and delighted to eat such well prepared and generously portioned meals.

For people/group on a budget this is the accommodation for you. Very good wifi. Location is not bad depending on where you're going. Very quiet

I guess since this is an apartelle and not a hotel, they said the guests have to inform them if we want the room cleaned ???? Which for me is a puzzle, if that's their policy they should inform the guests. Location has disadvantage and advantage being inside a subd, we cannot see anything outside, like in a normal hotel.

Had a great Xmas stay here! Loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, away from the busy streets. The large studio room was perfect with a comfy sofa and a small kitchen. The TV had a wide selection of channels and the wifi was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, close to the mall and just a short ride to the airport.

Only downside was an incident where we were accused of stealing a towel. It was frustrating to have to argue with the staff and even have to open our luggage to prove our innocence.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a gated community in Lanang with our 8-year-old child. The location felt safe and secure. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a small but nice pool, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and not far from shopping malls. we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again if we needed to.
